- Choose a time and location within our service area and pay the travel fee of $20. Some of the places where Notaries meet is at office, a local café, a plaza or a mall. If you have a question with regards to the location you prefer to meet, just ask before booking appointment.
- Have all the documents prepared before your appointment. Make sure you have a valid (not expired), government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.) available for verification. If your documents require witnesses, please inform us in advance. Your witnesses needs to be with you at the time of the appointment.
- One of our Certified Notaries will arrive at your chosen location at the scheduled time. Notary will review your documents to ensure they are ready for notarization and confirm all requirements are met. Notary will verify and take a copy of your ID and ensure you are aware of the contents of the document before proceeding.
- Notary will inform you of the total cost of the notarial services before the service is rendered. We offer Transparent Pricing with no hidden fees. Payment can be made via cash, card, or electronic transfer. Upon completion of the appointment, You’ll receive a receipt or invoice for your records.
- You will sign the documents in the presence of the notary, who will witness your signature. After witnessing the signing, the notary will apply their Notarial Seal and Signature to complete the notarization process.
